Premium specialist workshop

"A professional and knowledgeable team. I’d particularly like to highlight their customer communication, their conscientiousness and their enthusiasm (which is quite rare these days). Not for a single moment did I ever feel that the fault I described was a nuisance, even though it could sometimes be rather nit-picky (minor crackles or sounds that only the customer can hear).
They conscientiously investigated every fault, even if it meant three colleagues had to sit in the car and listen to what was rattling. I’ve been in touch with many garages over the years, but the attitude I’ve experienced here has changed my previous opinion of garages – there’s still hope!
Lads, keep it up – I hope you get loads of clients, because you deserve it.
"Thank you all for your hard work!"

"The generator, which had unexpectedly broken down, and the other faults that arose were resolved extremely quickly. They also recommended a trailer, and at a standard price too. I’d particularly like to highlight their professional approach and the detailed information they provided (including photos and videos). From now on, I won’t have to think twice about where to get my cars repaired. Thank you!"

"Experience to date: a high level of expertise, a constructive approach, precision and friendly communication … to highlight just a few of the positives. These are the qualities that characterise the manager and specialists at Decker Kft."
